Volume II of the CIA Inspector General's Report on Contra drug trafficking was released one hour after the House impeachment vote on October 8, 1998. In the report the CIA admits dealing with more than fifty traffickers, failing to inform Congress for years and engaging in an apparent conspiracy to protect major narcotics traffickers. They lay out Oliver North like a piece of wet trash.
